    • Open the client’s profile with whom you wish to update or add diagnosis information.
  2. Open the Treatment Information Tab:
    • Within the client’s profile, locate and click on the “Treatment Information” tab. This section houses all medical and treatment-related records.

Adding a New Discipline:

  1. Initiate Adding a Discipline:
    • Click the “Add New Discipline” button located in the top right corner of the Treatment Information tab.
    • Enter the name of the discipline you wish to add (e.g., Psychology, Physical Therapy) and confirm by clicking “Add”.
  2. Access the Newly Added Discipline:
    • Once a discipline is added, a new section specific to that discipline will appear on the screen.

Managing Discipline and Adding Diagnosis:

  1. Edit Discipline Information:
    • Click the three vertical dots located at the top right corner of the discipline detail box.
    • Select “Edit” from the dropdown menu to open the modal for managing the discipline information.
  2. Add Diagnosis Information:
    • Within the discipline modal, locate and click the “Add Diagnosis” button.
    • A new input field will appear where you can enter the diagnosis code and the diagnosis name.
    • After entering the required information, click “Add” to save the diagnosis to the client’s profile.

Finalizing and Reviewing Diagnosis Information:

  • Once added, the diagnosis information will be listed under the specific discipline within the Treatment Information tab.
  • Review the added details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
