Editing the Appointment:

  1. Initiate Edit:
    • In the appointment modal, locate and click the “Edit Appointment” button. This will allow you to modify the details of the appointment.
  2. Edit Appointment Details:
    • Once in the edit mode, you can make changes to any aspect of the appointment. This includes:
      • Date and Time: Adjust the appointment date and time as required.
      • Provider: Change the assigned provider if necessary.
      • Service: Modify the type of service or consultation scheduled if changes are needed.

        • Complete: Use this status when the appointment has been successfully completed.
        • Client Cancelled: Select this if the client has cancelled the appointment.
        • Provider Cancelled: Choose this status if the provider has to cancel the appointment.
        • Late Cancellation: Mark this status if the cancellation occurs too close to the appointment time, based on your practice’s policy.
        • Client No Show: Use this for instances when the client does not show up for the appointment.
        • Client Not Present: Indicate this status if the client was not present for other reasons.
  3. Save Changes:
    • After making the necessary edits, ensure all details are correct and click the “Save” or “Update” button to apply the changes. This will update the appointment details in the system and reflect the new information on the calendar.
