Manage Practice Details​

This section is accessible only by users with the role of Practice Owner/Admin.  This can be managed from the “Employee Management” section.

Practice Details

Many of the details entered within this section will automatically populate in other sections of the EMR and your documentation.  This includes notes, invoices, superbills, and the client portal.

Practice Insurance Quick Reference

This section serves as a centralized hub to store and easily access your practice insurance information.  It is not shared or populated anywhere else within the EMR, also note the admin section can only be accessed by people within your practice with the role of Practice Owner/Admin.  You have a convenient location to store the company, policy number, and contact phone number for Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Professional Liability Insurance, and General Liability insurance.

Business Associate Agreement

This Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) is made between Embark EMR, an affiliate of Build TBD, LLC, an Indiana corporation (“Embark”) and “Name” (“CE”, “Covered Entity”),the registered holder of the HIPAA Account. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is a legally binding document that outlines the responsibilities of business associates to protect and secure protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity, and is crucial for maintaining compliance with federal privacy laws.
